All bookings for UKA events are final.

​Clinics, Academies, Camps and Lessons.

Discounts and refunds cannot be offered unless accompanied by a doctors note excusing them for participation due to injury.

Players missing clinics due to conflicts or sickness have the option to make up training time with other suitable groups and/or clinics

In the event of natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, travel bans, pandemics, facility issues and state of emergencies, UKA will hold your spot/booking for postponement dates.
